A small, beautiful, and tranquil gated-community of 38 homes, Monteloma offers convenient access to Shea Boulevard and Highway 101 for travel to the greater Phoenix metropolitan area and Sky Harbor Airport. With state-of-the-art video surveillance and controlled access into the community, families can safely enjoy the community's common play area. Under the supervision of the community's HOA board and professional association management, we take great pride in the quality of life our community offers its residents.
